School kids being deprived education

<p>I am a concerned and frustrated parent of 2 who has his kids attending to a school that I once highly recommended (NJC.............North Riding Junior College). It has been brought to my attention by my kids and others(who attend the same school) and the school also confirmed this that they have been taken out of their respective learning classes and put in a cold class which is being supervised by their cleaners because of school fees non-payment thus far for the year. Now, the school blacklists you as the payer for not making payment and charges you penalty fees for late payments which is quite steep but acceptable I suppose. What I dont understand is WHY do they then deprive kids of a learning opportunity and take them out of class to miss out on the school work progress? I mean, being BLACKLISTED and CHARGED penalty fees is harsh on a parent itself. Why are our kids being made to suffer and separated from other kids who can obviously notice the separation from their peers because of missing payments? Surely, they can teach the kids and make payment arrangements with parents. They withold the kids school reports for payments which are not up to date. They still want the full payment for the quarter or year even if they take the kids out of class. I am asking all parents and the school SGB to look into this. I have enquired with the department of Education and they confirmed that this is not allowed. I will take the matter forward if the school does not comply and rectify this.</p>
