Selling cars with outdated service

**** service. I bought my car in January 2021 and when I had to take it for service we picked up that it was behind on service. The vehicle was supposed to go in for it service in 2020 and that is ***. They sold me a car that was behind on the service. And when I called them they told me that they will send someone the next day to pick up the car and sort it out. Till now nothing has happened, they lie about service history
