Mahindra riviona pathetic service

Mahindra riviona Disappointing, disgusting service. I purchased a brand new Mahindra S4 4x4 from Mahindra riviona in May 2021. I was told that the vehicle comes with an aircon as per the sales guy and as per Mahindra SA website it says that the vehicle comes with an aircon. After discussion with Yvonne Wolhuter the DP at the branch we agreed to spilt the cost as I did not want more delays. We added on a Bluetooth radio as an extra that never worked as well. Surely all of this should be checked before handing over the vehicle to a customer.

At the beginning of the deal as per discussion with Colin Zikhali the new sales manager we agreed upon adding a ride on kids car as well. Philly Rwexana the sales guy was well aware off this as well. With regards to the kids car, first I was told that a remote needs to be ordered it went on from May, then Colin was on leave and Philly was told not to do anything until he is back. Today 22 July 2021 Colin sent me a message saying that he cannot keep to his word because he had to pay for half the aircon. The aircon was a lack of sales knowledge on their side. Absolutely disgusting pathetic service from day 1, I will not recommend that anyone buys a car from them. All is well when you purchase the vehicle once you have issues they change very fast and are not willing to help
