Car not settled after a month

Please do not trade in your car here , they have still not settled my car after more than a month . Numerous phone calls, escalated the matter to management and the only person that seems concerned is the salesman who can do nothing accept apologise . Shocking service, I would sincerely advise you to stay very far away from this dealership. It will end in tears
