Disgusted by North Gaurding Security

North Gaurding Security is yet to respond to a complaint I have made via their email address provided. An incident occurred in which one of their employees disrespected and threatened a tenant within my building. I am appalled by the lack of respect and in addition, quite disappointed by their willingness to tend to the matter.
