I wish to make an update to my posting that Billy actually honoured his commitment to refund my money - this I find commendable. Thank you Billy for making the effort. On this basis I will change my perception to a more acceptable rating. Still was not able to fix the fridge but neither were other reputable places including the agents for AEG Electrolux.
