REFUND FOR INCOMPLETE/PATHETIC WORK DONE

Good day<br> I hired the abovementioned company for maintenance on my roof and inside my house.The quality of the work is pathetic and when I called them to advised them,I was given alot of excuses and I found out that they have relocated to Cape Town.They confirmed via email that they will refund me in seven days and it is now exactly one month and I have not received my refund.They have changed their contact details as well.<br> <br> I would like to warn people out there not to do any business with these people.
