Getting ********** by towing company Northcoasttowingandrecovery Stanger

At accident scene Kevin Naidoo politely helped me and confirmed he does towing for Outsurance and will take good care of me and my vehicle. He could't phone insurer as he had no number on phone for them and my phone was totally destroyed.He could't be reached for three days and the Monday the fees reflected R29697-00 for 80km tow! Car was towed for only 11.5Km, Sandy Pillay who stated she is the owner said because it is insured she can charge what she wants! The other car, at the same place recovery bill showed R7957-00! Now they wont supply business address to me to have letters delivered and don't respond to e-mail. Bad Bad Bad service and experience. Abused whilst in shock after accident with no document to show I signed for towing, handed to me. It was established that Stans Towing towed the vehicle with their tow truck and sling and NCT invoicing me. Stans on Insurer panel, NCT not. My hands chopped because no regulatory body? I got caught by ************ people. Insurer paid R28000-00 and deducted same from my claim and I had no say in the matter as assessor could't get access to vehicle prior to settling the bill .
