Unprofessional.

I went for a mammogram and a bone density test. As I wasn't sure how much my medical aid would pay for the bone density test I paid cash and then I was hoping to claim from my medical aid. When I requested an invoice from the receptionist a week later she said they don't give out invoices (just a little white receipt that could be written out by anyone) She also said they don't submit claims to the medical aid. They however did submit the claim for my mammogram and were paid by my medical aid so this is not true. I cannot make a claim as my medical aid wants some sort of document as you can imagine.
