It's true that \you get what you pay for". Nortan movers are cheap but the cost to repair damaged furniture is not worth it! I emailed Ron numerous times about our antique dressing table that was fragile & needed extra care. I offered to pay a premium for them to bubble wrap it etc which Ron assured me was not necessary. As they stepped out of our door we heard a terrible crash- they had somehow caused the top of the dressing table to break off and fall 2 floors onto my husbands car. The dressing table is ruined & car damaged! They did not even apologise & EVERY other piece of furniture they moved is chipped and scratched as well! When we called Ron & Akhtar to tell them what happened & that we are not paying the 50% balance"
