Nortan damaged baby grand piano badly when moving

<p>Nortan seemed very caring and professional when contacted, little did I know that they would break the lid off my baby grand, not wrap it properly with their ropes damaging the brand new varnish.</p> <p> </p> <p>Admitting fault very quickly (I thought impressive), there then came issues with the fine print, especially after I sent them a quote for an attempt to repair (the piano is so badly damaged, it will never be the inheritance piece it was supposed to be).</p> <p> </p> <p>They made an offer of R4500 to fix it... which is nothing compared to the cost of fixing... and now they are not answering my calls or emails...</p>
