Being the victims of poor service in our country, we,as South Africans, have sat back and allowed it to become part of our existence. Why should it be? Today I took my pool pump into Norman’s Pool Centre. Drew Taylor was on hand to assist me with a friendly smile and reassurance that they would fix my pump and give me a call when done. I had a few odds and ends on the list to complete which I just managed to do before l got a voice message saying my pool pump was ready to go. This was service beyond the proverbial extra mile. Drew knows I live out at Cintsa East and saved me a trip back to collect it at a later date. TALK ABOUT SERVICE. To all the staff, thank you, thank you. I have installed it and my water is once again filtering. I can highly recommend Norman’s Pool Center.
