Rip-off artist

These guys are rip-off artists of note. We called them because car keys had accidentally been locked in the car. They quoted a call-out fee of R295.00 over the phone. They duly arrived some hours later. It took them precisely five minutes to recover the keys. They then presented me with a bill for R3190.00. I argued this and the bill was reduced to R2690.00, which I very unwillingly paid. Subsequently, we canvassed all the other locksmiths in the area and discovered that on average , they would have charged us between R500.00 and R700.00 for this job. What Norman's did amounts to ******ion, especially when the technician refuses to relinquish the keys until the bill has been paid.
