What can I do?

<p>After a very nice guy offered to fix my laptops claiming to be a laptop expert, 1,7 million cctv company owner and old mutual financial advisor he turned out not to be so nice after all. After wanting a deposit to buy pc compnents, i waited a month for the parts to given to me. After paying on receipt, i was givin the incorrect products which he knew i could not use but pretended not to realize. After begging and complaining for how many weeks on end he admitted to making the mistake, i was promised a refund but in the end i was just blocked and left with new unusable products and broke. The productw was paid with my 9 year old sons savings and he wanted to use it for his pc. I dont want this person to advertise his business and ***** people out of more money. It is only defimation of charachter if its not true, unfortuanitly i am telling the truth.</p>
