Knowledgeable and honest service

Norman Pest Control came to treat our house for ****roaches. Norman himself came with an assistant and he checked thoroughly for any evidence of ****roaches and said we didn't have any. The evidence he did see was of garden ****roaches which are attracted to house lights and are harmless (even if very gross!) and there is no point trying to spray for them as they dont live in the house - but usually die if the come in as cant find food. I have had other pest companies in previously who just spray and keep charging for the service but, according to Norman, this was not needed. So if I had called him in long ago I would have saved a lot of money! He also said he would just charge for the call out but I paid the full amount as he had done such a thorough investigation and spent time explaining the various types of ****roaches to me. I would definitely recommend them!
