Worst online shopping experience
I placed an order on 27 May 2020. Today it 9 June. They sent me an email yesterday to say my order has been shipped. I clicked the tracking number today and the DHL site shows that the tracking number doesn't exist. I tried calling about 12 times this morning, and they just cut the call soon after it starts ringing. I am now seriously angry. The money went off my credit card 2 weeks ago, and I have nothing. All I want is a refund so I can go into a store and buy, now that it has quietened down.

09 Jun 2020, 16:50Update: I received my order this same afternoon after posting my complaint, by Fastway and not DHL. There was 1 item short but the delivery note was correct as per what was delivered. I trust they will deliver the last item sometime soon. I also noticed they stopped taking online orders due to the delays.
