Utterly Appalling Service

If I could give 0 stars here I would. I placed an order on 17 May and still waiting for the full delivery. 17 May till now is a long time, and I only ordered items that were marked as "in stock" on the site - I will probably be waiting till level 1, had I ordered stuff that was marked as "On Order". The helpdesk is utterly useless and feels like a game of musical telephone, where you are randomly dropped and forced to call back. Emails go largely unanswered, and they certainly don't make you feel like a valued customer. You literally have to beg and plead for feedback for something you paid for. I have now resorted to asking for a refund and even that email has gone unanswered. School fees for me I guess for being stupid enough to buy onlne from this merchant, but I would rather brave the queues and risk a COVID infection than try and order anything from this website again!
