Utter Disgust

My first time using norman goodfellows and I would not recommend them to anyone. The inefficiency in that organization is nothing short of shocking . I had an order delivered on the 02/06.2020 (not that it was on time but that's not the point ) , the order #11424 did not include one of the gin bottles from my purchase and their email even said "some of your items will be delivered" , I spoke to Kyle who works there and told him about an item outstanding on that order. Today I get an item from order #12055 and the item from my first order , which is the gin is still outstanding . Now I am sick and tired and would like a refund because clearly you money is not worth your time.
