********* service from hell

I spoke to Rich on Thursday 11th of June. I am still waiting for my refund which was supposed to reflect the following day. Norman’s has not bothered to contact me, just as they didn’t with my order! I’m really sick of this service and following up on my own money is costing me money! This is the worst establishment and I’m sick and tired of the excuses! I just want my money back! I just honestly want peace of mind. This service is the worst!
