Terrible, Pathetic Service

I placed an order on the 29th of May, I am yet to receive a tracking number or any form of communication to advise how far my order is. I have emailed , I have called to no avail, to this day no one has bothered to provide me with feedback. Their service has hit a pathetic low, the least you could do is provide some form feedback. Whoever is reading this don't order from Norman Goodfellows.
