Terrible Administrative Support

Great shopping experience, but very poor administrative experience.

I completed all my billing details during purchase, only to find they were not reflecting on my invoice. I reached out immediately and was told to create another account, which I did. I then hadn't heard back from the person I was dealing with and followed up two months later, only to be told my invoice could not be updated accordingly.

Please fix these shortcomings on your website so B2B purchases don't have to be so troublesome.
