Shockingly Poor Disappointing

So I ordered some tequila for a friends birthday on the 10th of Feb. Placed the order and was notified it will be delivered on the 9th. Perfect right? No, not at all. The bottle never arrived, when you contact NG they show that it has been delivered the 8th. Someone even signed for it but unfortunately it is not the intended person. There is no misunderstanding as the company where she is employed was clearly given. Now how will NG fix this? Never will I support them again. Seems like they deliver to whomever they feel like.
