Shocking service

Absolutely shocking customer service. I have waited 5 weeks (25 working days) for my order. Every time I phone in to ask where my order in, they give me another date that it will be delivered, only for them to yet again miss the deadline. Today they missed their 4th deadline, which they had given me. Absolutely pathetic service. Will not buy here again, nor would I recommend this store to anyone.
