Shocking, disappointing, pathetic and sheer lack of customer service

Basically have waited a month for wines that I ordered for a special occasion - as you cannot buy them in-store. It is now two weeks after their maximum number of delivery days, a month after order and payment date, and numerous phone calls and AUTOMATED emails later (not even personal ones explaining your specific situation). This lack of customer service and disappointing delivery service is shocking, pathetic, unacceptable and infuriating.
