Shocking, disappointing and sheer lack of customer service

A very disappointing and pathetic, non-existent service from Norman Goodfellows. I ordered for a special occasion within their "maximum number of days" (ten working days) so that it would definitely be delivered in time. It is not four weeks later after order date and the excuse I carry on receiving is that they are bogged down because of Lockdown. Then change the delivery time? Like all other businesses have? My cellphone number also seems to have been blocked from customer service... and every single person I have spoken to says they will just run to the warehouse and check and call me back. This has been going on for two weeks and I have never been called back. I have received numerous automated emails which are impersonal and infuriating. Honestly, a shocking and most unprofessional quality of dealing with customers and the situation. Will not order again.
