Pathetic Service

I placed an order with Norman GoodFellows on the 28th May. Today is 23rd June (almost a month later) and I still have not received my order and no communication - even after numerous calls and emails to NGFs; which they all ignored. We are all well aware of the current challenges but failure to communicate/respond to our messages is unbecoming and highly unprofessional. You can do better than this guys!
