Ordered 2 weeks ago and no delivery, or feedback as to when we can expect it

Ordered on the 28th of May for almost R4000 and still no delivery. No responses to e-mails, nobody is answering the 011788... number. Was on hold for 7 minutes this morning. This is ridiculous. Pathetic "service" of you can call the lack of any sort of communication and feedback service.
