Nothing good about Norman Goodfellows

I ordered online from Norman Goodfellows Durban a month ago. There is nothing good about them, I did not receive 4 bottles of wine and after numerous phone calls and emails I have still not heard anything from the Durban branch nor have I received a refund. The admin and frustration in dealing with this company is not worth your time.
