Norman Goodfellows Suck

I placed my order on the 27th of May, since the order confirmation there has been no other correspondence, I have tried calling and after a 20min wait the call drops, on one occasion someone answered and then cut the call while trying to transfer me, I have sent emails but have gotten no replies, there is no place on the webpage to cancel the order or even to contact accounts, I now see that should I be lucky enough to get ahold of some1 and cancel the order I can only expect a refund in 30 days. I feel like I have been **********, worst service ever.
