Norman Goodfellows Online Service is pathetic

Online service is pathetic: placed and paid a lot for an order for Moet and Chandon champagne 14 days ago and yet to receive: have received one email on 1 December promising delivery during the course of the week of 1 December which hasn't happened and my further queries have been ignored. The competition shows them up really badly: don't use NGF for online orders.
