Norman Goodfellows in-line store fails

I ordered online 27 days ago. After many unanswered emails I finally received a delivery and the goods were not what I had ordered. I emailed again and have not got a response despite assurances from Norman Goodfellows that all mails would be responded to within 24 hrs. Not sure why they have an online store when their service is totally pathetic. Rather just go to your local liquor store or use an alternative online store.
