No communication and no delivery

I ordered on the 28th May and the web site eventually said my order was 'fulfilled' whatever that means. They did not send emails or phone. After a few phone calls I discovered that they had been to my address (where I have been all day since lockdown) but they didn't phone or anything to say that the delivery had not taken place. After more phone calls I got hold of despatch who knew that there was a problem but nobody had phoned me or communicated in any way. Now they say they will deliver tomorrow 13th or Monday 15th (maybe..,.) They say they pride themselves on customer service and I will never use them again.
