It has been one month!

I place an order on 8 June 2020. I'm still waiting. I was phoned to ask if I want to substitute some items and I agreed. Delivery would then have been 29 June 2020 (definitely). I phoned on the 1st of July and was told they'll push the order. I phoned on the 2nd and was asked if I would like to substitute items. I said they should just send what they have. I phoned 6 July, they were going to phone me back. I phoned today 7 July, they will push the order. It has been 1 month and it is a huge order. My first time and last time ordering from NG
