Have I been ****med?

Two weeks after placing my order still nothing. I tried calling today to follow up on my order. 10 minutes later my call was answered and I was informed that my order has not been picked yet. What I find dishonest is the fact that my credit card was debited when my order was placed. How much money is this company earning in interest on all the payments? Smacks of something really sinister. NGF I dare you. Defend yourself because right now I feel like I've been ****med. Sad when my intention was to support small businesses only following the pandemic. More fool me !!!
