Empty promises! "I will get back to you" - yeah right!! Order missing.

Ordered quite a substantial order 29th May.

Understandable that there is a bit of a backlog - I can totally appreciate that and totally accepted the delay. Originally the order was promised to be delivered by 3rd June. I called on the 5th - we were told that we would be called back.

Come the 6th - I get an email stating that the order has been dispatched - with a DHL tracking number. But according to DHL - No shipment with given tracking number was found. On the Norman Goodfellow's site indicates that the order has been fulfilled.

Come the 8th June, still no delivery. Called again - 20 mins later - manage to get through. Give my order number and DHL tracking number. I was promised to be given a call back (even after I voiced my reservations as the last time I was promised that the call had not happened.) - 2 hours later - its now after hours and still no call back.

Can someone please just get back to me and let me know what is going on.
