Beyond useless service. Don't do business here!

I placed an order on the 27th of May 2020 for over R1000. I requested Karen from the Illovo branch in Sandton to have my order delivered, she said no problems and apparently organized it. Since then there has been no communication. When I ask when my order is being delivered I am sent from pillar to post with no answers. The services is shocking. Please do me a favour and NEVER order with NGF. They are beyond useless. I am still waiting.
