Bad Customer Service

Do not order Alcohol online form them. My First and Last time. It has been over 2 weeks without response. I have now asked for order to be cancelled but they did not respond to my E-mail at all for 2/3 days. I am wondering if i will even get my money back. Terrible customer service. Steer clear!
