Appalling delivery services, poor customer service and communication

have been trying to get a hold of NGF for the past week and I am given different delivery dates for this order #17928 which was placed on the 29th of May 2020. I was promised that this order would be completed on Thursday the 4th of June. When I called on Thursday I was told to be patient and wait till Monday the 8th. When I called on Monday the 8th of June , I’m told the order will be shipped on Wednesday the 10th of June ! How is this even allowed ? I placed this order on the 29th of May.

I am extremely inconvenienced and your service is appalling . This was my first and definitely last time I order or buy anything from NGF.

I will physically go to Illovo today to get either a cash refund or my order. I cannot be inconvenienced any longer .
