THIS IS THANDOLWETHU SIBIYA , ********** IS MY MOBILE NUMBER , IAM NOT HAPPY WITH THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE YOURL PROVIDE!! TELL ME WHY ON EARTH YOURL ARE AFFECTING MY CREDIT SCORE WHEN I PAID YOU GUYS AND EVEN SENT ME A PAID UP LETTER ????!!! WHY DO YOUR KEEP ADDING AN ENQUIRY ON CREDIT SCORE DO YOUR HAVE ANY IDEA HOW THIS IS AFFECTING MY CREDIT SCORE ?? THIS IS TERRIBLE AND NEEDS TO BE SORTED ASAP!! YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICES IS SCHOOOOCKING!!!! WHEN I CALL YOUR AGENTS THEY KEEP DROPPING CALLS ON ME YOU NEED TO FIX THIS ASAP!!!

YOU CANT EVEN READ SIMPLE ENGLISH I SAID YOU GUYS HAVE SENT PAID UP LETTER THEN WHY DO YOU APPEAR ON MY REPORT SAYING I OWE CELL C WHEN I DONT ??? I NEED THIS SORTED ASAP!!!
