Your call centre agents are RUDE

<p>I will never ever tolerate the rudeness i just experienced from Kagiso Lindo ever </p> <p>1stly - learn the law i dont have to confirm ANYTHING you call ME on my phone and expect me to confirm not going to happen</p> <p>2ndly- she doesnt know how to speak to people if thats the caliber of employees you employ id be ashamed</p> <p>3rdly- DO YOUR DAM RESEARCH i dont owe FNB a cent</p> <p>if you call me again i WILL lay a charge</p> <p> </p> <p>I expect a call from that tactless human and an apology!</p>
