YOU TAKE PEOPLES MONEY AND STILL LIST THEM ON THE ITC

I've contacted NIMBLE ON MY OWN AND MADE ARRANGEMENTS ON MY ACCOUNT. I was not pleased with the discount offered and requested it to be reviewed further.

I had asked my name to be updated immediately And I was told it will be done.

They debited my account already but my name is still listed on the ITC.

For what !!!!

Why do yourl promise customers and then do something else.

But the money was collected.

I just got my credit report and you people have me listed there. I've escalated this matter higher but I go no feedback from you at all.

I want this sorted out

Or I will take this matter to the council for debt collectors. / ombudsman.

Unacceptable and pathetic service.
