You stole R12 000 out of my account.

You guys are the worst people to do business with.

You have taken R12 000 out of my acount without my authorisation after I have full paid that amount. When I try to get my money back you guys keep on telling that your finance team is on leave. You dont know when I will get my money back.

Spent December painfully with no money since you had decided to ***** money out of my account. Even worse you still have a debt order request within my bank account that I cant cancel and now I close my account and reopen a new one since I dont trust your company anymore.

Your managers say they will call you back but nothing and nothing when you ask them on time scale they also dont know nothing. While my life suffers you guys provide no assistance at all.

How do you guys do this to a person? Why are you so evil to the point where you take R12 000 out of a persons account. How do you expect a person to survive.
