Wrongful debt collection

<p>In 2014 December i received a call from this firm telling me i owed Nashua mobile money for a cell phone contract. I established the facts with the agent who called me Gugulethu that there were no supporting documents furnished by the Serame who was the name given to have processed the so called account. It was clear that this was a ********** account. She said their investigating arm will sort it out because the names were incorrect, there was no bank statement, even an id copy to prove that i have concented to this transaction/ contract. I did not send an affidavit because i have never agreed to any contract, i never had this phone in my life. I challenge this firm to prove that I owe Nashua mobile any money. I want to see the so called contract that i supposedly signed plus any documents that prove their demand. Since that conversation in 2014 they dare send me a letter of demand.</p>
