Worst ever

I have never in my life dealt with such incompetence as this company.

I am paying of a personal loan as agreed ever month, they have been bugging me now every day to ask me to change to debit order. I have send several emails, spoke to several people to say I am not signing a debit order. I received an email from Nadeema Maasdorp with the following message Good day Mr Human, Thank you for your email. Kindly be advised that your arrangement is in place for a direct deposit and we will note on your account that you do not want to set up a debit order arrangement"

But yet I still receive calls every day! Dont these people talk to each other ?? This is the most unprofessional I have ever come across.
