This account has been prescribed for nearly 6 years now and for the past 12 months my husband has been constantly harassed by these people, after several phone calls and e mails we still get harassed obviously no one talks to each other and no e mails are read because the harassment still continues, <br> <br> NBA YOU SHOULD LOOK AT THIS PAGE IN DETAIL THERE IS NOT ONE POSITIVE COMMENT ABOUT YOU YOU THINK THAT YOU CAN JUST INTIMIDATE PEOPLE INTO PAYING BECAUSE WE ARE ALL SCARED OF ITC WELL MORE AND MORE PEOPLE UNDERSTAND WHAT A PRESCRIBED DEBT IS YOU SHOULD EXPLAIN THIS TO YOUR STAFF BECAUSE THEY CERTAINLY DON'T KNOW WHAT IT IS.<br> <br> Remove my husbands name from your database otherwise I will take this matter up with the Ombudsman.<br> <br>
