Waiting on payed up letter for more then 2 months and the account was not update on credit bureau

Good day I received a call from this company 3 months ago for collection so I did settled the account fast with the discount amount they gave me now I'm waiting on my settlement letter it's very difficult to get gold of them they have a watsap but only thing talking is a robot last week Saturday I receive a call they want to collect again for the company so I told the person that the account was settled and I'm waiting on my letter then the person sed she will pH me back and never did iam really upset with this cos now I can't update this account on credit bureau
