VERY RUDE AGENT WHO TOLD ME IM STUPID!!CALLED ME A B*%#@ ON A RECORDED CALL!!!

<p>I recieved a call around 8 in the morning from a coloured lady.On this very call I clearly told the lady that I wont be speaking to anybody else because Ive already spoke another consultant in that very call centre.<br />Beacuse I was about to drop the call on her as she was literally forcing me to listen to her.<br />I was called stupid and many other words (B*&^$)beacuse I would not give the time of day.<br />A different lady called much later on for the same thing and advised her a very rude lady swore at me in a recorded call.She then handed the call to a standbye teamleader by the name of " Masixole" whop assred me that they will deal with the lady.Till this day they have not come back to me with any response beacuse I still do not believe that call centre agents are trained to speak to clients the way this lady spoke to me!!!</p>
