Very bad service from the call centre

I have been called for the last three days by their call centre consultants. They do not give me a chance to speak and when am finally given a chance to speak they are rude and demanding. They do not want to listen to my explanation. This morning I received another call and the lady spoke fast. I asked her if she was a manager or a call centre agent, as I had sent an email stating I only wanted to talk to a manager because of the way I am treated by a call centre consultant. She started talking saying I can not talk to a manager, she will help. I said no I do not want to. Sa.e situation with the consultant. I informed her if I can not speak to a manager I am dropping the cal, which I did. The service is very bad from this company and the management needs to do something.
