Very Bad Service

<p>Good day,</p> <p>my fnb cheque account was handed over to NBA last year june 2015. i did not use the account for a few years, but FNB still charged me a service fee of R135 pm. it added up and i was held liable for payment, i was charged a service fee even though i did not use the account. NBA started collecting June 2015, R450 pm. as of last month November 2016, they were still deducting the same amount. i phoned them to quiery why they are still deducting, because to my knowledge the account is paid up almost 6 months ago. its been a week and still no feed back from them.</p> <p> </p> <p>i just want to also find out if FNB can do this? hold you liable for charges on the account? even if i was not using it?</p>
