Very bad manners and rude People

My husband lost his job beginning of the year. He got behind on. His one account every day someone calls we explain the same thing to them. Today the 16 December a lady called me I told her I will try to assist my husband then She told me I must make an payment today told her I only getting my salary on the the 23rd then she got very rude and start to laugh told me it is December and every one is getting their salary early.

First of all since when are you allowed to work on a public holiday doing collection due to the NCRDC terms and conditions no debt collector may collect funds on a public holiday.

As I am also doing collections we must know all the rules and regulations.

I think it is unacceptable Norman and Bissit must please send there collectors for telephone manners and how to speak to a debtor
